Acceptance and Accounts

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ScheduleMySocial, including our website, web application, social scheduling features, collaboration tools, integrations, MCP tools, CLI, and related services.

By accessing or using ScheduleMySocial, creating an account, or using any paid or free feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API tokens, CLI credentials, and any other secrets associated with your account.

Plans, Billing, and Acceptable Use

Some features of ScheduleMySocial may be offered for free, while others require a paid subscription. Paid plans may include user limits, workspace limits, brand limits, storage limits, publishing limits, or access restrictions to specific features.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your account on a recurring basis until you cancel. We may change pricing or plan features, and those changes will apply at the next applicable billing period unless stated otherwise.

  • You may not use the service in violation of any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right.
  • You may not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or malicious content through the scheduler.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, workspace, integration, MCP endpoint, CLI credential, or system.
  • You may not misuse rate limits, automate abuse, scrape our systems without permission, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Your Content, Integrations, and AI Features

You retain responsibility for the content, brand information, media, approvals, scheduling instructions, and other data you submit or store in ScheduleMySocial.

ScheduleMySocial may provide MCP tooling, CLI access, APIs, and integrations that connect to social networks, storage providers, analytics tools, and AI services. Those third parties operate under their own terms, policies, limits, and technical requirements.

If you use AI-assisted drafting, approvals, recommendations, MCP flows, or CLI prompts, any resulting output is provided for convenience only. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.

Suspension, Disclaimers, and Liability

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or providers, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that threatens security, availability, or legal compliance.

ScheduleMySocial is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScheduleMySocial will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service, third-party platforms, or AI outputs.
